  I travel back to Adelaide alot and was going to use this car company for the many times a year I come back. But their inability to bend and accommodate has forced me to reconsider and go back to the company used before.

  First and last time I'll be using this service. While I admit I didnt refuel the car to full, It was 3/4 full. Customer service woman needs to learn the meaning of it. Doesnt seem to understand the ' I put my last 20 dollars in. Instead of being accomodating she underwent a long drawn out conversation with the manager. And then eventually said that she will bill me and put accounts in touch with me. She also stated that the car has to go out...but said to the manager - tomorrow morning.
